Foreign pension providers restrict or freeze accounts they cannot reach, and some will not accept an Israeli address without a form you can only get by asking. Update the address and contact details on every foreign retirement account you hold, confirm they will still pay to an overseas bank, and keep a copy of what they tell you. Doing this while you still have a working phone number in that country is far easier than doing it later.
